Ordering Policies

Please only checkout with one preorder round at a time. These orders will come in at different times. Because space is limited, your order cannot be held. If your order contains items from more than one preorder round, it will be cancelled and refunded minus 10%.

MOQ and Cuts
Every order has an MOQ. This is the Minimum Order Quantity of 15 that each print needs as well as the 250 orders needed overall for each round to be put into production. In the event that any print does NOT meet MOQ, customers who ordered that print will receive a full refund for the cost of the diaper(s) plus shipping if applicable.

Manufacturer Defects
Action will be taken on defective items on a case-by-case basis. If you believe an item you receive from your preorder is defective, contact Chaos Cloth via email (chaosclothbiz@outlook.com) or send a private message to the business page Chaos Cloth or Owner via Facebook. Please include pictures of the suspected defect, purchase date, order number (if applicable), and any relevant information and a determination will be made based on this information and any discussion resulting from your submission. Full refunds or exchanges will only be offered on items which cannot be used as intended. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product(s).

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
There will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges offered after shipment except in the case of manufacturer defects.

Orders may be cancelled and refunded prior to shipping. Cancelled orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Please be aware that because you are ordering from a preorder, cancellation may affect MOQ.

If, as occasionally happens, your package is lost or damaged by the shipping company after it leaves my possession, we will work with you and contribute any and everything possible to help you make a claim; however, once your package is handed off to the shipping company, Chaos Cloth will not be responsible for filing a claim or the replacement of the contents.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, whether it be in PayPal or manually inputted. Chaos Cloth will not be responsible for the cost of forward shipping to a new address or replacement of package contents in the event an order package is returned to me or delivered to a wrong address.

If you are undercharged for shipping, you will never be asked to cover the remainder.
If you are overcharged for shipping, you will be refunded the overage.

Change of Address
If your address changes in the time between payment of your order and shipment, please reach out to us. The cost of your shipping will be refunded and you will be sent an invoice via PayPal for your shipping cost, plus a Change of Address fee of $1. PLEASE double-check the address of the new shipping invoice to be sure that it is correct before paying. If a second change of address is needed for the same order, the fee will go up to $1.50. If your shipping address is incorrect on the new, paid shipping invoice, and your order package is returned to me or delivered to an old/wrong address and kept, Chaos Cloth will not be responsible for the cost of replacing the order or reshipping it to the correct address.
